The husband-and-wife team behind Blissful Brew.
Hi, we’re Viktoriya and Alex.
Our story goes back to 2019, when we were planning our own wedding. We remember searching for a specialty coffee cart because we wanted our guests to enjoy more than just a cup of coffee. We wanted to create a memorable experience, with delicious drinks, beautiful presentation, and thoughtful service on one of the most special days of our lives.
Little did we know that years later, we would be creating that same experience for other couples and their guests. Our love for coffee kept growing, and what started as curiosity slowly turned into a passion.
Viktoriya
Viktoriya began with professional barista classes in Tampa, followed by coffee education through a school in Washington, studying everything from espresso extraction and milk preparation to crafting specialty drinks.
Alex
Alex brought the other half of the dream to life: the business, the technical setup, the equipment, and all the behind-the-scenes details it takes to make a coffee cart run smoothly at every event.
The learning never stops. We’re always exploring new coffee beans, matcha, milks, syrups, and recipes, looking for ways to make every drink a little more special.
For us, Blissful Brew is more than a coffee cart. It’s our passion for quality, attention to detail, and love for creating beautiful experiences. What started as a dream for our own wedding is now something we get to share with you on yours.
